Rafmenn is a market-leading company providing electrical and telecommunication services Based in the northern
Eyjafjordur region, we recently celebrated our 15th anniversary.
Our team
We have 29 employees, consisting of highly experienced electricians, electronics engineers and electrical and telecommunication technicians. The company is owned by father and son team Johann Kristjan
Einarsson, Master Electrician, and Arni Pall Johannsson, Business Administrator.
Our services include:

- maintenance and replacement of old wiring

- remote control lighting systems

- repair of motors, such as diesel power generators and home appliances
- management of high tension power sources
- telecommunication services, including copper lines, fibre-optic cables and microwave connections

We take on a wide variety of projects Completed projects include:
- two tunnel projects, in Hedinsfjordur and Almannaskard – new wiring
- Logmannshlid, a 45 unit nursing home – new wiring
- Buseti, a 58 unit residential complex – new wiring
- work camp and high tension for Impregilo at Karahnjuka Dam
- work camp and high tension for Metrostav/Hafell at Hedinsfjordur tunnel project
- aluminium plant at Reydarfjordur (Bechtel) – various projects
- service contracts with RUV, Mila, Siminn, Vodafone and the 112 Emergency service
