Nordlenska manufactures around 400 different products, the largest being sandwich fillings, meat balls, minced goods and products made from lamb. We
specialise in catering industry and many of the largest catering companies in Iceland are among our clients
Nordlenska is also a significant exporter of meat goods, the main destinations being the Faroe Islands, Norway and the UK.

The company employs around 180 staff. The sales operation is run from Akureyri and Reykjavik, where the company has 10 salesmen servicing its customers. Nordlenska is owned by Busaeld, an association of
meat producers in Eyjafjordur, the Thingeyjasysla districts and East and
South Iceland.
